Job Description

My client is a Leader in Cloud and Network Security with a heavy focus towards the Enterprise Market. The firm has recently gone through a successful IPO. They have sold to more than 50% of the top 50 companies in the Forbes Global 2000, with 40% YoY growth.


The best candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with the company's largest and most complex customer, working on opportunities to improve their customers' security network landscape. Additional responsibilities are as follows:


  • Oversee the adoption, and integration of products within customers infrastructure
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customers' business as well as their technical environment
  • Facilitate resolution of customer issues by coordinating support responses when required
  • Maintain full alignment with field-based sales teams on renewal and up-sell strategies - focused on customer retention


Requirements:

  • Experience in firewall administration/configuration (Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
  • 5+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting experience of network/security systems
  • Experience with networking devices (Switches, Routers etc.), including virtual routing and software-defined networking
  • Experience with Linux server administration
  • Perl, Python, BASH skills are a plus
  • Previous customer-facing experience
  • Ability & willingness to travel (up to 30%)
