Field Quality and Performance Lead The Field Quality and Performance Lead is accountable for the quality and performance of our product as experienced by our customers in their real-world environments.
What You'll Do: You will lead a cross-functional Field, Product, and QA team and proactively test our customers' big data scenarios and solutions. You will work with product management to prioritize performance improvements. You will also assist our Field Engineering teams with overall solution and delivery quality and testing.
What You'll be Working on: Our flagship product, Anzo, differentiates in the highly competitive and hyper-growth data platform market. Anzo allows our customers to integrate and discover data through an enterprise data fabric. Anzo's secret sauce is a nexus of semantic technology, graph databases, and cloud computing that delivers at speed and scale never before possible. We need you to help us make it happen even faster!
Key Responsibilities: Identify repeatable patterns of use to define and track performance over time. Address a wide variety of complex data integrations and analytics problems with a high degree of flexibility. Anticipate performance and scalability issues before they happen and work with Engineering to mitigate them. Work seamlessly across Product and Field teams with a customer success mindset. Lead teams of Field Engineers to replicate and test complex scenarios. Communicate performance and product challenges to product management and engineering. Work closely with IT leaders to understand their performance and testing requirements. Work with field teams to implement quality and performance testing as part of product implementation.
